30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition
- Free from damage, stains, scratches, perfume, or signs of wear
- Returned with its original packaging, when applicable
We reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
Jewelry & Care
Because jewelry is a personal item, we can only accept returns on pieces that have not been worn or used.
Please keep in mind that gold-plated jewelry and stainless steel jewelry require proper care. Exposure to perfumes, lotions, chemicals, water, sweat, or improper storage may affect the appearance and finish of a piece. These changes caused by normal wear or improper care are not considered manufacturing defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and help you with the appropriate solution.
If the issue is confirmed to be our error or a manufacturing defect, EL ROI LUXURY will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate, and will cover the applicable return shipping cost.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Worn jewelry
- Used hair accessories
- Items showing signs of use or damage
- Personalized or customized items
- Final Sale or Clearance items, when clearly marked as such
Return Shipping
For returns due to a change of mind, wrong size, or simply deciding that an item is not for you, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a confirmed defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 business days after your return is approved for EL ROI LUXURY to process the refund. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
